Trump Returns – A Surprise Announcement to Fans…
(LibertySons.org) – TRUTH Social is former President Donald Trump’s new social media platform. According to the app’s website, it “encourages an open, free, and honest global conversation” and will not be biased based on political opinions. According to Reuters, the social media platform launched on February 21, but Trump only posted one time. He was absent until April 29, when he finally began using the app.

Entrepreneur explained the former president made his return by posting, “I’m Back! #COVFEFE.” A picture of him looking at his phone on the lawn of a mansion accompanied the post. His previous use of TRUTH Social was on the day it launched. He made a one-time assurance he would begin using the platform soon, but he had been silent until this new message.
Trump has continued to upload posts, thanking users and touting how it is the AppStore’s most downloaded app.
The former president’s use of the platform came after he declared that he would not return to Twitter, despite free speech advocate Elon Musk purchasing the social media site. Trump told CNBC he would stick with using his own social media platform rather than return to the place that suspended him in January 2021.
